Ricky won the Texas State Fiddle Championship in 1980 and the World Championship in 1983. In this fun interview, Ricky talks about his early years as a musician growing up in Odessa, TX. He’s had quite a career, performing with the likes of Ray Price, Red Steagall, Michael Martin Murphy and Steve Warner to name a few. He now lives and performs here in Missouri, but his love of Texas runs deep as well as his admiration and respect for his family and friends. We welcome to the webcast, a true talent… Ricky Boen!
