Local Singer/Actress Diane Barber Lands Lead Role
In Tracy J Trost’s Theatre Production of
A Christmas Snow
Playing At The Starlite Theatre This November

Branson, MO ~ Branson-based, Diane Barber will play Kathleen alongside award-winning actor Muse Watson in Tracy J Trost’s theatre production of A Christmas Snow, which runs November 1-December 8 at the Starlite Theatre in Branson, MO.

Diane BarberBarber has a long history of leading roles in musicals and plays around the country, as well as film, television, voice over and singing credits. Her vocal and theatre inspirations include, Maria in The Sound of Music, Mabel in Pirates of Penzance and Bonnie Boylan in Annie, and she has appeared in productions with Richard Wright, Susan Powell and Larry Gatlin. Locally, Barber was in last year’s TLC production of Hello, Dolly and is a featured vocalist in the Hamner Barber Theater production, The Wings of Christmas, along with her husband, ventriloquist Jim Barber and their 11-year-old daughter, Jessica. Playing Kathleen in this production adds even more variety to her success as an actress.

“It isn’t often that you have the opportunity to perform a role that demonstrates such a spirit filled message of learning true forgiveness” states Barber. “Tracy Trost has taken a relatable story line and has artfully woven this path of forgiveness, based on Biblical principles. I am honored to join this Christmas production starring Muse Watson.
