When the show retired and the family moved to Eastern Missouri, son Randy remained to continue the family legacy of providing wholesome entertainment to folks from around the world. Ricky won the Texas State Fiddle Championship in 1980 and the World Championship in 1983. In this fun interview, Ricky talks about his early years as a musician growing up in Odessa, TX. He’s had quite a career, performing with the likes of Ray Price, Red Steagall, Michael Martin Murphy and Steve Warner to name a few.
